Admitted to practice in both the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia, Nathan is equipped to handle complex parenting disputes, recovery applications, property settlements, and financial agreements. He frequently represents clients in Bail Applications and Licence Applications, including Special Hardship and Restricted Licence requests.
