Lindy Jolley serves as the Principal at Agri Legal, where she dedicates her practice to providing legal assistance to farmers across Griffith and the Riverina. With over 15 years of experience, Lindy understands the unique challenges faced by the agricultural community. Having grown up in Finley and lived on the land, she brings firsthand knowledge and a genuine connection to rural issues, particularly in Water Law and Rural Conveyancing. Lindy is known for her approachable manner and commitment to making legal processes straightforward and stress-free. She believes in using plain language to ensure clients feel at ease and empowers them to focus on their passion—farming rather than paperwork. Her clients, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit akin to her own, appreciate her down-to-earth approach and dedication to getting the job done. Before establishing Agri Legal in 2017, Lindy worked as an Associate Solicitor at Noyce, Salmon & D’Aquino, starting her career as a Law Clerk there in 2001. Her academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Political Science and an LLB from the University of New England, culminating in her professional training at the College of Law in 2001. Lindy's personal life is rooted near the Murrumbidgee River, where she and her husband Dan, a devoted collector and entrepreneur, manage a family business in engineering and transport. Together with their children, River and Jagger, they enjoy the rural lifestyle and the vibrant local community. Alongside her professional commitments, Lindy indulges in culinary adventures, blues music, and the occasional festival or road trip with friends.
