

Brodie Verri, a solicitor at Borthwick and Butler, was born and raised in Inverell. She completed her law degree with Honours and graduated with a Distinction in Arts from the Queensland University of Technology in 2009. Having gained valuable experience working in Brisbane and Tenterfield, she joined the firm in 2014, bringing expertise in Queensland conveyancing and cross-border issues. Brodie's practice encompasses a wide range of services, including wills, powers of attorney, enduring guardianships, and conveyancing for both residential and business properties in New South Wales and Queensland. Her keen interest in family and criminal law is evident through her active membership in the Australian Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia and her role as a panel solicitor for Legal Aid. With a strong litigation background, she has represented clients in numerous courts across the state. Brodie is dedicated to providing guidance and reassurance during emotional and challenging times. Outside her professional life, she manages the demands of being a mother and wife while running a beef cattle farm with her husband, Matt. Moreover, she is actively involved in local women's and mothers' networks, contributing to her community in meaningful ways.
