Robert Lopich is the director and principal of Collaborative Lawyers Pty Ltd, Mediate Today Pty Ltd, and the Texas-based Global Collaborative Law Council. With over 35 years of experience, Robert provides exceptional legal and dispute resolution services, emphasising collaboration and mediation. As a nationally accredited mediator, he holds workshops worldwide and has presented papers in Ireland, the USA, and at National Mediation Conferences in Australia. Robert's legal expertise spans commercial dispute resolution, land transactions, commercial leases, and various agreements. His dedication is reflected in his roles, including a past presidency of Collaborative Professionals (NSW) and as a member of the Law Society of NSW. Recognised for his advanced skills in collaborative law, he has pioneered non-adversarial legal resolutions and has trained numerous legal professionals in these methodologies. His education includes a Tertiary Diploma in Law from the University of Sydney and advanced mediation certifications from Bond University, among other qualifications. Robert’s career highlights include establishing Robert Lopich & Associates, successfully tendering legal services to the Australian Department of Transport, and acquiring Mediate Today Pty Ltd.
