Kellie Wells

Kellie Wells serves as a director at Lough & Wells, continuing a family legacy as the daughter of Trevor Wells. She holds a Law degree and an Arts degree with Distinction from the University of Wollongong. Admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of NSW in 2003 and the High Court of Australia in 2015, Kellie has been with the firm since 1998, starting as a law clerk and advancing to practice as a solicitor post-admission. With an accreditation in personal injury law and a focus on medical negligence, Kellie possesses a wealth of experience across various legal areas, including school bullying and harassment, slips and falls, common law equity, and employment law. Her practice predominantly involves managing common law personal injury claims, overseeing all stages from initial client instructions to representation in both the District and Supreme Courts. Kellie has honed her expertise through involvement with the Court of Appeal and the High Court, providing comprehensive support to her clients throughout the rigours of common law litigation. Outside the legal realm, Kellie, the eldest in a large family, enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephew, cheering for the Sydney Roosters, or indulging in baking.
