Lincoln Hunter

Lincoln Hunter serves as the Principal and brings over two decades of extensive experience in providing legal services to businesses. His career began with Allen Allen & Hemsley and transitioned into a series of in-house roles, equipping him with a profound understanding of the legal frameworks surrounding various business operations, including commercial activities, IT, and marketing. Lincoln is adept in procurement and supply arrangements, expertly handling long-term supply agreements, licensing, distribution, product development, and system integration. His proficiency extends across multiple contracting models such as alliance contracting, outsourcing, prime contracting, and traditional sourcing arrangements. In his most recent position, Lincoln dedicated nine years to delivering comprehensive legal services to Qantas Airways, including six years focused on the Qantas Frequent Flyer loyalty program. His efforts involved navigating complex legal and regulatory requirements for CRM businesses, loyalty offerings in credit and payment cards, establishing loyalty programs from scratch, and spearheading data mining and analytics initiatives. Lincoln also ensured compliance with privacy, Spam Act, and consumer protection regulations while managing loyalty program outsourcing and various operational agreements. Lincoln's expertise substantially contributed to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program's prominence as the leading coalition loyalty program in South East Asia. His earlier career included advising Australian Defence Industries on commercial law and providing legal insight within engineering sectors. Lincoln holds a BEc/LLB from Macquarie University and has held key roles such as Head of Legal for Qantas Frequent Flyer, Deputy General Counsel at Qantas Airways, Regional Legal Counsel for URS Asia Pacific, and General Counsel & Company Secretary at ADI Limited.
