Brad Gibbs

Brad Gibbs serves as a Senior Associate Director with a focus on forensic delay analysis. His career spans diverse sectors including building, infrastructure, oil and gas, as well as renewable energy projects, with values ranging from £3 million to €1.2 billion. Brad has adeptly navigated a variety of contract forms, such as EPC, FIDIC, NEC, JCT, and bespoke trade agreements. His expertise lies in the preparation, defence, and evaluation of extension of time claims, where he represents either contractors or employers. He plays a pivotal role as an independent expert in both litigation and alternative dispute resolution proceedings. Drawing from a solid foundation in planning, project controls, and PMO setup, Brad is proficient with leading scheduling software, developing programmes from the ground up, assessing schedule risks, and providing strategic advice on risk mitigation.
