Dan Woolcott

Dan Woolcott is the co-founder of a leading firm, bringing over 28 years of executive experience in road and rail transportation, heavy civils, infrastructure, oil and gas, and mining across Australia, Asia, and Europe. Renowned for his exceptional commercial acumen, Dan excels in industry leadership and governance, applying a pragmatic approach to achieve best-for-project outcomes through collaborative frameworks. His expertise encompasses dispute avoidance and resolution, contract negotiation, and operational management. Dan serves as a key influencer in projects exceeding $3.5 billion, benefiting from his strategic guidance on numerous boards. His career includes tenure as Executive Director at Lewis Woolcott since October 2020, and Managing Director at Partners for Infrastructure from September 2019. He also led iResolve as Executive Director in 2020 and headed the Northern Region Engineering division's Commercial and Risk sector at Lendlease for over seven years. His leadership extended to the Queensland Major Contractors Association, where he held the roles of Chairman and Executive Board Member.
