Peter Godden

Peter Godden serves as a Special Counsel at LBK, bringing a wealth of experience since his admission as a solicitor in 1979. Having joined LBK in 2016 after leading as a principal at Patterson, Byfield & Bryen, Peter excels in rural, commercial, and residential conveyancing. His expertise extends to estate planning and the administration of estates, areas where he has garnered significant respect. Dedicated to giving back to the community, Peter holds the role of Honorary Solicitor for several community organisations. He finds great fulfilment in mentoring younger solicitors at LBK, fostering their growth and development. Beyond his legal career, Peter is deeply immersed in the arts as a life member of the Tamworth Musical Society, serves as a church organist, and even holds a licence as a pyrotechnician.
