Dan Maccallum, the Founder and Principal Solicitor of Maccallum Lawyers, was admitted as a solicitor in 1989. With a robust background in the insurance sector, Dan has held pivotal roles such as Head of HIH/FAI Legal Services and Claims Manager across various departments. His experience extends internationally, having worked in London on global professional indemnity schemes. Since establishing Maccallum Lawyers in December 2000, Dan has diligently represented a diverse clientele, including numerous insurers, owners' corporations, homeowners, and builders. His legal acumen is well demonstrated in handling Home Warranty and Strata disputes, effectively advocating for both plaintiffs and defendants in the NCAT, Local Courts, District Court, and Supreme Court.
