Charbel Ayoub

Charbel Ayoub is a Senior Associate at Macquarie Lawyers, bringing a wealth of experience since his admission to practice in 2006. Charbel joined Macquarie Lawyers in January 2015 after a prominent role as Head of Property at Francom Legal. He is adept at representing both corporate and individual clients in business and litigation matters, with a focus on construction law, property law, including commercial property, conveyancing, and business law. Charbel’s expertise extends to acting for property developers in the development and sale of medium-density residential and commercial projects. His skills are further underscored by extensive experience in Wills and Probate. Charbel is proficient in drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney, granting and administering estates, with a particular interest in contested Wills and Family Provision issues, including litigation in the appellant jurisdiction of the Supreme Court.
