Marc Hardman, the Principal Solicitor at Marc Hardman and Associates, has been a dedicated legal professional since his admission in 1982. Holding a Bachelor of Arts degree with a Law major from Sydney University, Marc combined his academic pursuits with practical experiences by working full-time at a Crows Nest law firm while completing his legal qualifications. In 1994, Marc established his own firm, driven by the desire to deliver exceptional client service and to have greater autonomy over his practice's direction. Prior to this, he successfully managed the Parramatta office of Colin Biggers & Paisley, eventually becoming a Partner. His leadership is marked by pride in his team’s capabilities, loyalty, and eagerness to learn. Marc’s career is characterised by providing practical and targeted legal advice, with an emphasis on understanding and serving the best interests of his clients. His commitment to fostering long-term client relationships is evident as he now represents the next generation of clients for whom he initially provided legal services. With extensive experience in property-related matters, estate planning, commercial and business law, family provision matters, and probate and administration of deceased estates, Marc offers comprehensive legal support.
