Alicia Irving is the Principal Solicitor with a unique blend of legal acumen and engineering insight, holding qualifications in both BENG (Hons) and LLB. With over ten years in the legal profession, Alicia has accumulated extensive experience working as both a Barrister and Solicitor across various legal disciplines and jurisdictions. Her work is driven by a commitment to helping parents establish and maintain significant relationships with their children, always prioritising the best interests of the family. Alicia approaches each case with empathy, recognising the emotional toll of court proceedings and providing guidance with a compassionate and respectful demeanour. Beyond her legal career, Alicia's two-decade service with the Australian Regular Army and Army Reserves equips her with a profound understanding of the unique challenges faced by service members.
