Mark Steele is a partner with extensive experience in commercial litigation, personal and corporate insolvency, specialised restructuring and turnaround advice, as well as estate litigation and family provision claims. He also has a strong background in building and construction disputes, corporate and partnership disputes, property and commercial disputes, and defamation. Mark has been practising as a solicitor since 2011, having previously spent fifteen years in the funds management and banking sectors in both Australia and Singapore. Throughout his legal career, Mark has worked in the corporate insolvency and litigation departments of both a leading Brisbane law firm and a boutique Gold Coast firm.
