Since founding Martin Lawyers in November 2020 in Myaree, Western Australia, Tony has been dedicated to providing empathetic and results-oriented legal services. His practice spans a comprehensive range of legal areas such as commercial law, employment law, civil litigation, family law, and criminal law. Prior to establishing his own firm, Tony was a Special Counsel at Thexton Lawyers in Perth, where he gained substantial expertise in similar fields.
As the former Head of Corporate and Commercial Law at Dwyer Durack, Tony honed his skills in civil litigation, corporations law, and employment law. His earlier tenure as WA Managing Partner at Lumlan & Associates further enriched his proficiency in managing complex legal matters across diverse legal disciplines.
Tony's legal journey began in Sydney, where he worked as a Banking and Finance Lawyer at Gadens, and as a Junior Litigation Lawyer in the dispute resolution team at Westpac. His foundational years were marked by roles focusing on institutional lending, corporate law, and property law, providing him a robust foundation in both legal and financial sectors.
Tony holds a Bachelor of Laws from The University of Notre Dame Australia, complemented by a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting.
