About Sarah-Jane
Sarah-Jane MacDonald is a dedicated Legal Practitioner Director at MacDonald Law, renowned for her commitment to family law since her admission to practice. She excels at providing clear, accessible advice to clients and strives to be a part of solutions rather than complications. Her practice takes her across Australia, regularly appearing in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and the Magistrates Court, from Cairns to Hobart.
Balancing her responsibilities between the Toowoomba and Brisbane offices, Sarah-Jane is deeply involved in her local communities. Her admission to the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia in 2014 followed her completion of a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Southern Queensland.
An Accredited Family Law Specialist, Sarah-Jane is well-versed in collaborative practices to help clients achieve commercially sound outcomes. Her role as a Parenting Coordinator allows her to support families post-separation, ensuring compliance with court orders and facilitating effective communication.
