Naomi Allardyce

Naomi Allardyce has been a valued member of McFarlane Criminal Lawyers since 2019, embodying the firm's core values of loyalty, justice, and empowerment. Admitted to practice in 2025, Naomi holds a Bachelor of Laws from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Criminology with a major in Behavioural Studies from Federation University. Her academic background provides her with a unique understanding of offending behaviours, enabling her to effectively tailor services to meet the needs of vulnerable clients. Naomi also brings leadership expertise to her role, having completed a Diploma of Leadership and Management and a Practice Management Certificate through Leo Cussen. As an integral part of McFarlane Criminal Lawyers, Naomi plays a crucial role in maintaining the firm's integrity. Outside of her legal work, she enjoys playing netball for the Warragul Gulls Football Netball Club.
