Elizabeth Smith

Elizabeth Smith is a Senior Associate with extensive experience in family law, practising primarily in the Mackay and Whitsunday regions. She began her legal career after earning her Bachelor of Laws from Bond University in 2007. Elizabeth initially focused on criminal and traffic law in her hometown of Airlie Beach, gaining valuable courtroom experience early on. In 2011, Elizabeth enhanced her legal skills by working as a civilian prosecutor with the Queensland Police Service in the Whitsunday region, which deepened her understanding of the justice system and strengthened her advocacy abilities. In 2016, she transitioned back to private practice, dedicating her career to family law. Elizabeth now advises clients on a broad range of family law matters, including divorce and separation, parenting arrangements, property settlements, and domestic violence issues.
