Phil McNamara

Phil McNamara is the principal solicitor at McNamara & Associates, Lawyers and Conveyancers, practising across a broad range of legal areas including commercial and corporate law, property and leasing, conveyancing, estates, and family law. His commercial and corporate law work encompasses advice on workplace and industry disputes, contractual matters, corporate governance, business sales, and franchising. In the area of estates, Phil assists with the preparation of wills and trusts, as well as probate and estate administration. Phil has extensive experience in alternate dispute resolution, focusing on mediation and professional negotiation. He mediates a diverse spectrum of disputes, including complex commercial and workplace conflicts, family law matters arising from relationship breakdowns, and contested estates. He is trained in arbitration and accredited as an advanced mediator by the Australian Commercial Disputes Centre. Phil is also a panel mediator for the Law Society of New South Wales, the District Court of NSW, and the Office of the Franchise Mediation Advisor. Additionally, he is a registered family dispute resolution practitioner and has conducted mediations both in Australia and internationally.
