Vanessa McNeilly

Vanessa McNeilly is the Principal Lawyer and founder of McNeilly Lawyers, established in 2008. Over the years, she has built a strong reputation in Family Law and Children’s Care and Protection, particularly within the Kempsey region. Vanessa provides representation for both parents and children, recognising the sensitive nature of these matters and approaching each case with empathy and professionalism. Known for offering clear, practical advice, Vanessa ensures her clients are well-informed and comfortable with the outcomes achieved. She maintains a close working relationship with the Legal Aid Commission of NSW, delivering legal outreach services to disadvantaged communities across the Mid North Coast.
