Madalina Eisenstat

Madalina Eisenstat is the founder and principal of ME Migration, based in Brisbane, Australia. With a robust legal background, Madalina transitioned from being a practising lawyer in Europe, where she managed a legal practice for over a decade, to becoming a registered migration agent in Australia. Her personal journey as an immigrant fuels her passion for assisting others through the migration process, ensuring they receive comprehensive support and justice. Since establishing ME Migration in 2018, Madalina has successfully guided clients through various immigration procedures, including visa applications, skills assessments, and appeals to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. Her expertise is underpinned by her commitment to the Registered Migration Agents' Code of Conduct, reflecting her dedication to ethical practice. Before her current role, Madalina was a Senior Migration Adviser at Laneway Legal and served as Managing Partner at Eisenstat & Danilov SCA in Bucharest. Her European practice involved litigation across all Romanian court levels and the European Court of Human Rights, along with providing legal advice in company registration, taxation, real estate, and commercial law. Madalina holds a Graduate Certificate in Migration Law from Victoria University and an LL.B from the University of Bucharest. Her extensive experience in both European and Australian legal frameworks uniquely positions her to offer clients informed and effective migration assistance.
