James Judge

James Judge is an accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP) and Accredited Mediator (NMAS/AMDRAS) based in Canberra. He is the principal of Mediation Canberra, a dedicated mediation practice serving individuals, families, businesses and organisations across family, workplace and commercial matters. As a registered FDRP under the Family Law Act, James conducts legally recognised family dispute resolution and issues s60I certificates required before parties can apply to Court for parenting orders. His family mediation services cover parenting arrangements, property settlement and divorce-related disputes. Beyond family matters, James provides business mediation for commercial disputes, workplace mediation for interpersonal and team conflict, and leadership and conflict coaching for managers and executives.
