Joanna Andrew

Joanna Andrew, a Partner at Mellor Olsson since 2008, leads the injury claims team while developing a robust corporate governance practice. Joining the firm in 2003, Joanna initially focused on tort law before broadening her expertise. She offers consultancy services to businesses and industry bodies, focusing on corporate governance and directors' duties, conducting performance evaluations, and offering board effectiveness training. Joanna frequently consults on constitutional amendments and stakeholder engagement strategies. She contributes her expertise as a Facilitator for the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds current board positions, including Independent Chairman of Mutooroo Pastoral Company Pty Ltd and South Australian Produce Markets Ltd, where she also engages with the Finance, Audit and Governance Committee.
