His acumen extends to insolvent administration and the liquidation of companies. He demonstrates a strong capability in alternative dispute resolution processes, such as mediation, serving a diverse clientele that includes ASX-listed companies, private corporates, insolvency practitioners, government agencies, and private clients, particularly in the technology, healthcare, property, and agribusiness sectors. Nick is adept at navigating the high-stakes environment often associated with significant litigation matters. Throughout his career, Nick has managed numerous complex claims across various legal arenas, including the Federal Court of Australia, the Supreme and County Courts of Victoria, the Supreme and District Courts of New South Wales, and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal. Having dedicated 12 years at a prominent national firm, Nick transitioned to a smaller firm to focus on what he values most: direct client interaction and hands-on involvement in legal and strategic work.
