With over twelve years at Meticus, Penny has provided expert migration advice to an array of clients, including Australian and multinational corporations in sectors such as hospitality, aged care, medical, manufacturing, construction, energy, and recycling. Her role involves consulting on industry and company-specific labour agreements and offering strategic legal guidance on employer-sponsored visas, skilled migration, and intricate cases before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and the Federal Court.
