His career commenced in 1981 when he joined Bruce O’Sullivan & Co Solicitors in Newcastle as an article clerk. During this formative period, Michael discovered his passion for assisting people in overcoming the challenges that often accompany personal injuries. By 1986, Michael had progressed in his career, gaining admission as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales. His commitment and expertise led to his rise as a partner at O’Sullivan Saddington Evers in 1988, where he focused on litigation, personal injury, and criminal law.
In recognition of his proficiency, Michael was awarded the Certificate of Accreditation in personal injury law by the Law Society of New South Wales in 1993.
