Anh Tran

Anh Tran is Principal Lawyer at Migration Affairs. Born in Vietnam, Anh came to Australia as a refugee, spending nine months in a Malaysian camp during her early childhood. This personal experience has deeply influenced her dedication to migration law. Anh holds a Bachelor of Business, Juris Doctor, and Master of Laws from the University of Technology Sydney. She was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2009. Prior to joining Migration Affairs, Anh gained valuable experience working with migration law firms and also managed her own practice for a period. In addition to migration law, Anh has a strong background in property and commercial law, as well as estate planning. She is fluent in both English and Vietnamese, enabling her to provide accessible legal services to a diverse client base. Outside of her legal career, Anh enjoys spending time with her family and expresses her creativity through party planning and event management.
