John Koblo Tholley is a Senior Associate who joined the firm shortly after its establishment, making him its longest-serving employee. Originally arriving in Australia as a refugee from Sierra Leone in 2001, John’s dedication and perseverance led him to graduate from the University of Tasmania in 2011 with a Bachelor of Laws and Arts. With a strong commitment to professional growth, John practices in criminal law, debt recovery, and insurance litigation. He has developed particular expertise in managing complex matters related to motor vehicle collision damage recoveries, including hire car claims, where his success in both pursuing and defending claims is well recognised. John has been pivotal in the firm’s development and reputation, especially following the practice's relocation to Bankstown.
