Marcus Cusack

Marcus Cusack is the Principal at Mitchell Playford & Radburn, having joined the firm in 2017 as an Associate Solicitor shortly after being admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2018. He completed his legal and business studies at Southern Cross University, where he was awarded a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Finance. Marcus maintains a diverse legal practice, handling matters across criminal law, property, business law, commercial litigation, as well as trusts and estate planning. His broad experience allows him to provide clients with practical and informed advice tailored to their individual needs. Outside of his professional commitments, Marcus enjoys spending quality time with family, friends and pets. He is also actively involved with the Casino Bulls Rugby Union Club, where he has played first grade rugby union for many years.
