Kate Muller

Kate Muller is Special Counsel with extensive experience in succession law, complemented by a solid background in business and family law. She holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Bachelor of Arts (History), and a Master of Laws with Honours, all from the University of Queensland. To deepen her expertise, Kate recently completed a Master of Laws focused on Wills and Estates, and she is a full member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP). Before joining her current practice, Kate worked with State Trustees in Melbourne, where she concentrated exclusively on estate planning matters. In her current role, she collaborates closely with Bryan, preparing wills, addressing associated superannuation considerations, managing risks related to estate litigation, advising on strategies to reduce taxation liabilities for beneficiaries, and establishing discretionary trusts. Away from her legal career, Kate balances her professional work with family life as a mother of three boys.
