Stefan's expertise includes handling unfair dismissal claims, general protections matters, and complex transfer of business arrangements. He is proficient in providing redundancy advice, navigating discrimination cases, and managing applications for enterprise agreement approvals, even in contested hearings. Stefan skillfully manages enterprise agreement bargaining and disputes, union matters, and equal opportunity cases, while also tackling breach of contract issues and claims related to the Australian Consumer Law.
