We require identification, including original passports and driving licences, along with supporting documents where company authority is involved.
Our firm offers flexible scheduling with after-hours and weekend appointments at no extra charge, even providing the convenience of attending client premises when necessary, although attendance fees may apply based on location. For documents requiring further validation, we can facilitate DFAT apostille/legalisation for an additional fee, ensuring the documents are returned directly to your address.
As a member of the Society of Notaries of Victoria and a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Notaries, Montague Legal upholds the utmost standards of notarial practice. Our recognition includes the Asia Pacific Legal Award for Notarial Practice of the Year 2016, testament to our commitment to excellence. Our fees align with the recommended scale of the Council of The Society of Notaries of Victoria Inc., with general legal services offered at a rate of $200 per hour and a complimentary consultation available for up to one hour.
