Jo Moore is a distinguished Principal lawyer with extensive expertise in the gaming, wagering, racing, and sports sectors, underpinning over 25 years of professional experience. An alumnus of Clayton Utz, Jo's career trajectory includes significant roles at Tabcorp as General Counsel and in leadership areas focusing on Strategy and Stakeholder Relations. Renowned for her legal acumen and commercial pragmatism, Jo excels in executing high-stakes negotiations and steering strategic transformation projects. Throughout her career, Jo has been pivotal in navigating complex racing and wagering industry disputes, such as the Race Fields litigation and SKY/TVN media rights litigation. Her legal prowess extends to industry mergers and demergers as well as advising on wagering licence bids and media rights negotiations. Her strategic insight has driven structural reform deals with both industry stakeholders and governments. Recently, Jo has consulted for Racing NSW, served as Acting General Counsel for the Australian Turf Club, and currently administrates Hawkesbury Race Club. In addition to her legal practice, Jo contributes her expertise to regulatory bodies, including her current membership on the Harness Racing NSW Appeal Panel.
