Steven's academic credentials are notable, including a PhD and a Master of Laws, complemented by a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Queensland University of Technology. He also holds a Graduate Diploma in Law from Leeds Metropolitan University in the UK, along with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from Falmouth University.
