Steven Gething

Dr Steven Gething is an esteemed Legal Practitioner Director and Principal Migration Lawyer, known for his extensive legal acumen and dedication to client service. Admitted to both the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia, Steven is proficient in handling workers compensation claims in Brisbane. Steven's academic credentials are notable, including a PhD and a Master of Laws, complemented by a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Queensland University of Technology. He also holds a Graduate Diploma in Law from Leeds Metropolitan University in the UK, along with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from Falmouth University. His academic prowess is further evidenced by his role as an Associate Lecturer at QUT, where he imparted knowledge in Constitutional and Administrative Law. Having migrated from the UK to Australia, Steven possesses an intrinsic understanding of the migration system, which fuelled his passion in this area.
