Wendy Couzens

Wendy Couzens commenced her legal career following the completion of a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from Victoria University and a graduate diploma in legal practice from the Leo Cussen Institute in 2013. She joined Charles Morgan & Associates as a solicitor, bringing with her seven years of experience as a law clerk with a family law practitioner in Wangaratta. Over the years, Wendy has built a broad and diverse practice with a strong focus on employment law. She regularly advises and represents clients in matters including unfair dismissal claims, employment discrimination, general protections, adverse action, and breaches of employment contracts. In addition to employment law, Wendy handles commercial litigation and disputes, as well as family law matters such as divorce applications and consent orders. Wendy primarily operates from the Wangaratta office and is also available to meet clients by appointment at the Wodonga and Myrtleford offices.
