Michael Helman

Michael Helman is a highly experienced Principal Lawyer with over 30 years of practise across a diverse range of legal areas. His primary expertise lies in litigation, encompassing commercial litigation, family law, wills and estates, employment law, and criminal law. Michael is known for his professional and personable approach, catering to a diverse clientele, and providing clear, prompt advice. He excels in negotiating and resolving disputes at the earliest possible stage, ensuring clients are well-informed about the merits of their cases. As a member of the Law Institute of Victoria, Michael is committed to the legal community. His dedication extends to volunteering with the St. Kilda Legal Service over many years.
