Murray Bucknall

Murray Bucknall is a highly experienced director and solicitor, practising exclusively in family law. As a nationally accredited specialist in family law, Murray brings a wealth of expertise to his practice. Previously a partner at one of Australia's largest family law firms, he now operates as a sole practitioner, dedicating his efforts to providing realistic advice and exploring all avenues of reasonable negotiation and alternative dispute resolution. His approach prioritises timely and cost-effective settlements, while also offering effective representation when court proceedings are necessary. Operating on the Gold Coast, Murray has directed his legal practice, Murray Bucknall Legal P/L, for over thirteen years. His career spans several roles, including his time as a consultant at Harris Freidman Lawyers and as a partner at Jones Mitchell Lawyers, focusing on family law matters. Murray's legal journey began with his admittance as a solicitor in Queensland in 1988, following his admission as a solicitor and barrister in Victoria in 1985.
