With a career highlighted by his role as Head of Legal and Group Company Secretary for Ericsson, and as Company Secretary/General Counsel for multiple publicly listed companies, Grant's expertise in corporate governance is unparalleled. His career includes establishing a $60 million early-stage venture capital technology fund with Ericsson Deutsche, where he was instrumental in overseeing the fund's management and investment decisions. This experience positions Grant uniquely within the realms of commercial negotiation, due diligence, compliance, and business succession planning. His depth of knowledge allows him to seamlessly blend legal acumen with strategic business insights. Grant's tenure as Managing Director at MW Law, with offices in Mitcham and Greensborough, underscores his commitment to offering a broad spectrum of legal services.
