Simar Kaur is Principal Lawyer with over 18 years of dedicated experience in Australian immigration law. She began her career in 2006 with TT Services in Chandigarh, a global organisation supporting visa processing and application services for governments, including Australia. This early exposure provided Simar with a solid understanding of visa systems, procedural requirements, and client liaison. After migrating to Australia, Simar furthered her qualifications by completing a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), a Graduate Diploma of Migration Law, a Bachelor of Laws, and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice. Her combined education and practical experience have equipped her to manage a wide range of complex immigration matters effectively. Simar has worked in multiple legal firms and operated her own practice, gaining comprehensive hands-on experience. She assists clients with various immigration issues including humanitarian and protection applications, citizenship matters, partner, student and skilled visa applications, visa cancellations and refusals, preparation of cases before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, Federal Circuit Court proceedings, and requests for Ministerial Intervention.
