Adam Nakat is the Principal and founder of Nakat Law, bringing extensive experience gained from his work in mid-tier and general practice firms. He offers high-level, practical legal advice and strategic solutions to a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals and organisations. Adam’s expertise spans corporate law, commercial law, property law, and complex dispute resolution, enabling him to navigate intricate transactions and legal challenges effectively. Throughout his career, Adam has been engaged in significant litigation across the Supreme Courts of Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland. He has managed disputes involving major conglomerates with valuations up to $250 billion, as well as matters involving suppliers, manufacturers, lenders, and borrowers. His record includes successfully settling and litigating complex disputes related to property and commercial laws. Adam has also advised on complex acquisitions, leading due diligence efforts for transactions exceeding $120 million. Additionally, he has provided quasi in-house legal services to manufacturers, suppliers, and national retailers across various industries, delivering accessible and practical solutions to complex commercial and legal issues. Adam is recognised for building enduring relationships with his clients.
