Jeremy Hogg is the Director and an Accredited Family Law Specialist at Nambiar Hogg Family Lawyers. With a career dedicated entirely to family law, Jeremy brings a wealth of experience from his time at both boutique and mid-sized family law firms before establishing his own practice. He is renowned for his strategic and practical approach to family law, excelling in managing complex financial matters, de facto jurisdictional issues, and disputes involving trusts and corporate valuations. Jeremy has a notable proficiency in drafting and advising on financial and binding child support agreements. Jeremy also contributes to the legal community as an assessor at the Leo Cussen Centre for Law for students pursuing their Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. He is a member of the Family Law sections of both the Law Institute of Victoria and the Law Council of Australia.
