Jenny Abbey

Jenny Abbey is a Senior Associate with extensive experience in Wills and estate planning, deceased estates, commercial leases, and property law. Her practice encompasses assisting clients with the preparation of Wills, strategic estate planning, applications for Grant of Probate and Letters of Administration, as well as the administration of estates. Jenny also provides guidance on commercial leasing arrangements and various property law matters. Jenny is known for her approachable and down-to-earth manner, fostering honest and trustworthy relationships with her clients. She takes the time to fully understand each client’s individual circumstances to offer legal advice and support tailored specifically to their needs. Jenny completed her LLB Honours degree at Nottingham Trent University in 2004, subsequently converting her qualification through Edith Cowan University in Western Australia. Originally from South Wales, UK, she relocated to Albany in 2009 with her husband, who is a local to the area. Outside of work, Jenny enjoys spending quality time with her young family, cooking, walking, and socialising with friends.
