Prior to founding National Business Lawyers, Francis was a Partner at the renowned Dibbs Barker Gosling, where he honed his expertise from 1991, ascending to Partner by 1996. Before this, he served as a corporate lawyer at one of Canberra's leading land development corporations. He is a Barrister and Solicitor admitted to the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory and the Supreme Court of New South Wales, further serving as a Notary Public in the ACT.
