Sladjana's career began at Parramatta Community Justice Clinic, where she worked closely with practising solicitors to provide legal advice to residents unable to afford services. She then gained extensive experience through roles at Legal First Solicitors Barristers, Advantage Partnership Lawyers, JFMLAW, and Holding Redlich, ultimately founding her own firm.
