Holding a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business and Commerce with a focus on Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Western Sydney, Sladjana brings a profound understanding of both legal and business matters to her practice. Her extensive background includes representing both employers and employees across various industries, providing her with a unique perspective on resolving the daily challenges faced by businesses and individuals. Skilled in handling underpayment claims, unfair dismissals, general protection claims, performance and conduct issues, breach of contract, and record-keeping compliance, her expertise is evident in her ability to deliver tailored legal solutions. Sladjana's career began at Parramatta Community Justice Clinic, where she worked closely with practising solicitors to provide legal advice to residents unable to afford services. She then gained extensive experience through roles at Legal First Solicitors Barristers, Advantage Partnership Lawyers, JFMLAW, and Holding Redlich, ultimately founding her own firm. Her commitment to legal excellence is further evidenced by her admission to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the completion of a Master of Legal Practice from the Australian National University.
