Suabe Nayel is the Principal Director of Nayel Lawyers, bringing extensive experience to his role. His legal career commenced in 1999, and by 2001, he was admitted to full-time practice as a Solicitor and Barrister in New South Wales. Throughout his career, Suabe has been a formidable solicitor advocate, involved in numerous cases across the courts of New South Wales, Victoria, and Western Australia. His international experience includes consulting for Australian-based companies with operations overseas. From 2001 to 2007, Suabe was a senior associate at a prominent criminal law firm in Sydney, where he handled a wide array of criminal cases, from minor traffic offences to complex homicide charges in the Supreme Court. His case history includes drug-related offences, armed robbery, sexual offences, assault, money laundering, fraud, and more. In 2003, Suabe broadened his firm's capabilities to include civil and commercial litigation, family and de-facto property law, building and construction disputes, and debt recovery actions. His international expertise further expanded in 2008 when he played a key role in establishing the Cambodian operations of an Australian mining firm that subsequently listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. Suabe founded Nayel Pty Ltd in 2008, offering consultancy services to high-profile clients globally and acquiring commercial experience through collaborations with major public and private entities to develop infrastructure projects in Mexico and the UAE. Under his leadership, Nayel Lawyers continues to provide comprehensive legal advisory services to private sector clients.
