Kiska Li

Kiska Li is the Principal Lawyer in Migration Law, offering her clients invaluable guidance through the complexities of Australian immigration law. Since 2016, Kiska has built a strong career characterised by her extensive experience across diverse immigration matters, including partner visas, skilled independent and employer-sponsored visas, and intricate citizenship applications. Her proficiency in handling complex cases, such as responses to natural justice letters, health waivers, and character concerns, is well regarded. She has also proven adept in AAT merit reviews of visa refusals and cancellations. Her professional journey includes roles as a Principal Lawyer and Branch Manager at NB Migration Law, where she honed her leadership and legal skills. Previously, she served as an Associate and Solicitor, enriching her expertise in migration coordination. Kiska’s experience is complemented by her role as a sessional academic at the Queensland University of Technology, reflecting her commitment to education and legal excellence. Her work as a paralegal at prominent firms like Crouch & Lyndon Lawyers and Sirus Migration laid a robust foundation for her career. Kiska holds a Bachelor of Laws from QUT, a Certificate in Migration Law from Griffith University, and has completed studies at the College of Law Australia.
