Emma Webeck

Emma Webeck is a dedicated lawyer at Neilan Stramandinoli Family Law, having joined the firm initially as a paralegal while completing her Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Linguistics at the Australian National University. After gaining admission to the Supreme Court of the ACT and the High Court of Australia in early 2023, Emma has focused her passion on family law, finding fulfilment in genuinely helping people through challenging times. Known for her ability to build strong connections with clients, Emma is a supportive and friendly presence, helping clients navigate the complexities of the legal system with empathy. Committed to resolving matters amicably, Emma aims to keep clients out of court whenever possible. Outside of her professional life, Emma cherishes her country roots, often spending weekends with her elderly golden retriever or enjoying outdoor activities. She also delights in brunches, tending to her indoor plants, and doting on her nieces. Emma's educational background includes a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice with electives in Wills and Estates and Family Law, underscoring her comprehensive understanding of the legal field.
