Marnie is a seasoned lawyer within our Business & Commercial Law Practice Group, bringing a wealth of experience and a keen understanding of the multifaceted needs of business clients across various sectors. Her practice spans a wide array of industries, including small business, farming and agribusiness, construction, logistics, hospitality, technology, and health. After earning her legal stripes in Geelong, Marnie returned to her hometown of Ballarat in 2012, drawn by the opportunity to contribute to and be part of its vibrant business landscape. Her commitment to the Ballarat community is evident in her active engagement with local businesses, and she is invigorated by the region’s ongoing growth and innovation. Marnie's approach is characterised by her passion for collaboration, working closely with both clients and fellow professionals to deliver solutions that are both efficient and practical. She has a robust capability to advise on all stages of a business's lifecycle, from initial establishment through to sale or succession planning, ensuring comprehensive support for her clients' ventures. Her dedication extends beyond her professional portfolio, as demonstrated by her contributions to the community.
