About Meng
Meng Cheong is a Partner at Nevile & Co, bringing over a decade of comprehensive legal experience to his role. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Computer Science from Monash University, as well as a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the Leo Cussen Centre for Law.
Meng's practice spans a broad spectrum of business and commercial law, including complex contract drafting and advisory work, joint ventures, business sales and acquisitions, commercial leasing, corporate claims, and dispute resolution. He regularly represents clients in litigation across Victorian courts and tribunals, and has appeared in trials and appeals interstate.
In addition to his commercial work, Meng advises and represents clients in criminal cases, with a particular emphasis on matters involving white-collar crime, property confiscation, and money laundering.
