Elaine Clarke

Elaine Clarke is a Director at Newnhams, bringing extensive experience in family law combined with a strong background in commercial law. She graduated from Macquarie University with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Politics, where she was awarded the University Prize for excellence in Family Law. Before joining Newnhams in 2014, Elaine spent six years working in a commercial law firm, both before and after completing her degree. During this time, she gained valuable experience across a range of matters, with a particular emphasis on insolvency and bankruptcy.
